Oh man, that is my worst nightmare too, since I learn that it is genetically related I thought of the idea to not have biological kids although it is probably my biggest desire in live. ​ I personally think that speech therapy is very likely to cure him, a lot of kids stutter but only one in ten persists, but it must be treated before the stutter develops, I didn't have speech therapy till 6 or 7 years and it was too late.
