Can your articulators sometimes move "correctly"? If "no", then your issue is probably another type of speech disorder. If yes, then forget about them as they are not the problem. Learn about your diaphragm and valsalva maneuver (your core/diaphragm gets tight, resulting in a blockage of airflow).
