Hiya! Well, the only thing that helped me was benzos. Not ideal for long term daily or even semi-regular use. I've been on various antidepressants (including Lexapro, Zoloft, Prozac, Effexor, Cymbalta, Trintellix and Moclobemide) for 13 years. None helped, though Prozac made my stutter WAY WORSE. I take Klonopin daily, but I wouldn't go down that path if I were you. No one wants to be dependent on benzos. I have a lot of other issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, Complex PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder and Avoidant Personality Disorder, and my dad also stutters, so there's a genetic component.
