I always disclose as soon as I can and try to make a light joke of it. Usually they are cool with it and it doesn’t affect my chances (been hired many times after disclosing)…and the times where it may have affected my chances I probably wouldn’t have liked working there anyway. Disclosing takes the pressure off of me and improves my fluency.
