Me too! I was 100% fluent for 3 years but two years ago my stuttering returned. Nothing in my life has changed! No ew anxiety or depression other than what’s now the result of the stuttering returning. It’s so bad for me emotionally that st 70+ years I’m going to seek speech therapy. I have no ( almost no social anxiety ) and have always been very outgoing. Has anything changed in your life? Could it be medical? All I know is that this condition is perplexing. Do you have any plans for treatment or anything? Why has this happened. We were spoiled by out fondest wish being destroyed. That little respite of feeling free to say whatever we wanted maybe has spoiled us. This is so disheartening.
