I have troubles saying that I stutter, not because I don't like self disclosure, but because I have a problem with that specific word either in English or in Italian, my mother tongue (btw in Italian stuttering is balbettare worst word ever for a person who stutters because of the letter B or at least for me). Having said that, I might just say that I need to be a little more patient than the usual and if the word "balbettare" comes out my mouth I might add that. Thank you for the suggestion
