i actually started re-reading this book recently. i think it's worth the read. i mean, first, it's free, and second, i don't really believe there is one singular therapy out there that unequivocally works, so i think you just need to keep learning and trying things out. if anything, the book gives you courage to start putting yourself out there. i just read the phrase in it "be an open and honest stutterer" and i started changing the way i communicate (focusing on my content rather than my fluency) at work, and i think it's been good! i kind of forget the techniques themselves, i've only re-read the general guidelines as of now. i like that other free book on the stuttering foundation website, too.
