So, I have had a stuttering problem for awhile, but like you, it flares up from time to time. I will have to answer phones for my part time job (donut shop) and I sometimes can't even say "hello" or the name of the shop without considerable effort. However, when I interview for a job I seem to never stutter. Perhaps I have practiced the material and gone through the thoughts, but I don't feel like I am talking to another person, just talking my thoughts into space. This is especially true in phone interviews. If you get in "the zone" you should be ok. I don't mention it unless I am having considerable trouble. The main part of a phone interview I have had trouble with is saying "Hi" at the start. I am also trying to be a teacher though, so I think my focus on improving my public speaking over the past few years might have aided me a bit.
