Absolutely! Being a stutterer myself, it's like constantly grappling with a blend of social anxiety and the challenge of stuttering. My go-to strategy is to stay mindful of my stutter, knowing ahead that I will stutter and that’s okay. I usually take deep breath before speaking out in public. Despite still stuttering at times, I've noticed that I can usually get my point across smoothly. The whole point is to get my point across rather than how we are being perceived. If you focus on getting your point across, you will become less conscious of your stutter.
