Many years ago I too, went and saw a neurologist. Never found anything. I just went to see if they could see in my brain and find out why I stutter. Tests came back normal. I saw an SLP at my university and they analyzed I have a mild stutter. It’s been 2 years since I stopped giving two craps of what people think of me or how I speak. I cannot change my DNA or how my cells function as a result of my genetic makeup and inheriting my dad’s stutter. 🤷‍♀️
