I just had a horrible phone interview

I just had a horrible phone interview I'm 33 now, which makes this even more embarrassing, because I should really be over this. I also realize that I should be super careful taking phone calls, when I just know they will be bad. Because then I can ruin my reputation. However, I really believe that my stutter has been a blessing in disguise, because I've NEVER stuttered during situations that were "meant for me", meaning they did me well and led me on the right path. Is there anyone else who struggle at times with stuttering, but who are actually really great speakers in public like I am? It's so strange that I can be sooo comfortable on the stage, but during phone calls, I just completely freeze. What the hell, I should really be over this soon??
