Thanks for your advice. I am becoming more aware of tension and anxiety and working on regulating my nervous system. Do you mean physical exercice or like speaking/fluency/word retrieval exercise? To be clear I am not trying to minimise what anyone else is going through. It obviously hasn't been a huge problem for me before now, as it just recently occurred to me that i do this kid of subconsciously Just curious mainly to know if this is defined as a form of stuttering/stammering.
