Since neuralink has already accessed motor cortex, if it can access Brocas area(part of brain involved in speech production), we might get close to finding cure or at least understand it better. Well, to answer your question, there is no cure for stuttering. Imagine a child who has weak eyesight. They can just get spectacle and can see normally. I hope something like this will be for stuttering in the future, though it will be invasive, but at least there should be a cure. Rest is up to the person if they want to have it or not.
