I still stutter but I've gotten way better. I read Lee G Lovetts book. How to stop stuttering and learn to love speaking. It may not help everyone but it helped me. One technique he uses that helped me is drop the first letter of a word you will stutter on. Most people won't even notice. Like if you said otice instead of notice, maybe you might get a weird look, but it's better than blocking on it for 45 seconds. But what really helped was using his techniques while reading aloud I still stutter when reading aloud by myself. But also recording it and listening to myself. His biggest rule is don't push through blocks. Choose not to stutter, even if that means not saying a word.
