>I’ll tell her to slow down and to not talk like that and she’ll stop talking like that. Absolutely don't do this. Let her talk how she talks. Stuttering isn't a big deal. It only becomes a problem when kids learn there is a stigma around it and it's bad which gets internalized to when they stutter they are bad. If she's not bothered by it let her talk and stutter however it comes out.
