Can you post or PM a link to your paper? As a private SLP I'm all the time having to justify working on cognitive/emotional topics in my treatment plans to insurance companies. We are just now starting to have some research data that supports this, but it takes every scrap out there to convince them they should pay for therapy that focuses on things other than pure speech physicality.
