Below are a few tricks that I use sometimes, note however that they are merely tricks and once your brain gets used to them, you need to switch it up again. * Lead what you read with your finger or pen. I know this sounds silly or might look dumb, but I find it easy to keep up my fluency when my finger keeps going. * Always read and focus on pronouncing a word or three ahead of where you're actually speaking. This way, I don't get caught up and nervous focusing on one difficult to pronounce word, but rather just keep going. Now, these are just some small tricks that help out. The best way to gain fluency is to work with Speech Pathologists and practice your techniques. That's so important, and I'm quite frankly a bit disappointed in a lot of this subreddit for not suggesting this more. Fluency is attainable. Keep working at it.
