I think this is a bad look. Unless you explain exactly what's going on they'll be wondering why you're wearing headphones to a formal interview and needing a "crutch" like airpods all the time isn't practical for the entirety of your future medical career. Very experienced doctors and professors are evaluating your ability to succeed in this profession overall, not just get through one interview without stuttering
