Try to purposely skip the "d" sound. You can also try to connect the word with D in them to the previous word/words. For example: Instead of "The total is twenty dollars" try to make the sentence one word. This doesn't mean rush the sentence. Try to connect all of the words together to not even give yourself a chance to pause in front of dollar in anticipation of a block. This has helped me a lot ! Good luck!
