You are welcome. Also, if you react to the trigger which makes the trigger REAL in your mind, then you create a stutter habit where you have a different perspective and response than non-stutterers. Chronic stuttering develops if one is constantly indoctrinating oneself to justify stutter compulsion and increase stutter expectating which is caused by a stutter habit of reacting to the stutter trigger. So don't react to your trigger by labeling yourself as stutterer, saying 'I can't speak fluently' in order to undermine your ability to stop compulsion, saying that compulsion is okay or believing your can't stop compulsion for whatever reason. Labeling yourself is 'reacting to the trigger' which attaches importance and therefore builds pressure of stutter anticipation. So this increases stutter expectancy (while your goal is to disconfirm expectancy). Chronic stutterers have a whole list how they **justify** stutter compulsion.
