I've also been writing lately like a script for the Meeting. I don't know if this happens to you, but when someone asks something, I don't think about the answer to the problem, but rather whether I'll be able to speak clearly lol. And this really gets in the way because I feel extremely exhausted talking and communicating is very tiring. But I even thought about taking a public speaking course and exposing myself to strangers and not being humiliated at work lol.
