We at fluencyAI LLC have developed an app called the Fluent Digital Twin that converts your speech, possibly disfluent speech, into fluent speech for use on video-conference calls like Zoom. It first transcribes your speech into text, then processes the text to remove disfluencies, then synthetizes the text back into cloned speech. But it only works on video-conference calls, not on telephone calls. We have only a pre-release (that is, not a rock-solid commercial version) version available now.
