It’s pretty easy to get psychedelics(most drugs really) in Europe. Amsterdam is like the LSD capital of the world. I’m from America but have gotten acid from Amsterdam a few times because it’s ridiculously cheap and high quality. Shrooms would probably be better though but idk much about truffles or how they compare. If you can talk to someone while tripping I could see psychedelics helping long term but I haven’t tried that often because it makes it harder to talk while tripping and is just stressful. It does seem to help for maybe a month afterwards either way. Just don’t bother with microdosing. Maybe try it once but all it did for me was ramp up my anxiety
