That's a good point. I'm not saying it's right or logical, but it would feel better and be easier for me at this stage of me being more open about my speech. Also, I do genuinely feel like 1:1 or small group interviews are used for getting to know one another personally rather than larger group, "Tell us about all of the experience you have with xyz." interviews.
