I feel your pain. I went in and applied at a local food store here when I quit Walmart because, well. I was done being treated like shit. It was for a overnight stocking position. I am fully capable of stocking shelves in a timely manner. I literally just left a job where I did just that. The dude straight up treated me like I was an idiot because I had a stutter. He said he was looking for more muscle pretty much. I was qualified for the job. He’s the idiot. I would have been paid $11 an hour there for back breaking work. My husband told his boss this dude humiliated me like this and they got me in for an interview for a data entry job. I make $17 an hour and have full benefits. I’m so glad that asshole didn’t hire me. Something will come. Just wait.
