this seems atypical to me... can you tell if anything important happened before that "outbreak";something that had big influence on you? (even if you haven't realized it yet) is there any case of cardio-vascular disease/stroke/diabetes in your family? have you consulted a doc/logo-therapist about the issue? (if not: do it)
