I'm 23 male too. There are some fluency shaping techniques, like easy onset, light contact, slow rate, cancellations, etc. I think its worth a try practicing these. you probably dont want to actively apply them too much during speech, but the muscle memory is worth it. You can also try accepting the stutter. Its possible to be a stutterer and be a great communicator, becoming more comfortable with stuttering and just speaking from your mind will help. I think a combination of these two strategies would help
