I'm afraid I cannot help, financially. I can recommend focusing on breathing from the stomach. Diaphragm breathing can be achieved by allowing your stomach to be push out when you inhale. The diaphragm is then used in talking by, in effect, pushing the breath out through the vocal chords. I have only anecdotal evidence that this works, but it worked for me.
