You’ve already taken a huge step. Congrats and kudos to you. Acceptance is hard and it’s a process. I’m not a PWS (I’m a mom of one) and I still struggle with acceptance. I would have never chosen the NSA , but I’m so glad it’s there. You are not alone and there are techniques a SLP can teach you so you feel in control and you can use if you get stuck. The one thing I love about the NSA is the focus on acceptance and authenticity. You’ve got this. Keep stepping and keep it real. We’re here for you through the ups and the downs.
