Yesterday I was stuttering a bunch like I always do. Every other word or sentence, the usual. Bought some magnesium glycinate then went to bed. Woke up and did my practice monologues and I didn't stutter at all. This has never happened. I kept talking out loud; I probably stuttered once in 10 minutes of speaking. And it wasn't even a normal stutter, just me forgetting what I was talking about (ironically I forgot because I was surprised I wasn't stuttering). I don't know what happened and I'm wondering if I did anything differently? I bought a different brand of magnesium glycinate since my usual brand was sold out. I was skeptical to try it because it has this thing called "Concentrace," which seems to just be a mix of ionic minerals, namely magnesium, chloride, potassium, sodium, sulfate, boron, and lithium. Bit the bullet and tried it anyway. Had strangely deep sleep (even better than with my normal brand) and woke up less anxious. Now, this isn't an advertisement for this brand. You don't need this supplement to get the same effects. I recommend getting your blood levels tested then buying vitamins with ionic minerals listed above. Might be temporary but this relief is worth it.
