I am so sorry for you man I have been through a lot but it's been a miracle for me I don't know what helped me but one thing I was blessed with was being extrovert no matter how much I stutter I used to speak like over a time I felt embarrassed but I wanna talk slowly I used to talk so slowly like almost in a slow motion but I didnt gave what other people thought of me I adapted it speaking slowly in a year I didn't have a fuck about stammering sometimes I was 95 percent fluent sometimes I used to stammer every word days went by I used to speak and speak didnt took any therapy because therapist don't know your problem at all you know whats your problem, over a time after 2 years now I am 18 now like speaking in a slow motion become habit for me and slowly my speaking became more like medium paced I can talk fluently now like 98 to 100 percent fluent like in a normal speaking tone like go in college Infront of 1000 people and be 100 percent fluent it's like somehow it's miracle for me it doesn't matter to me at all now I am like fluent almost like I hardly stutter now it's like I was never a stutter it's, not everyone stammering is gonna go same like me I can give you three suggestions every word you think you stutter say that with hand signs like in a really slow manner make it friendly and easy like stretch the first word always and always speak slow and remind yourself slow calm down slow slow do it over a month you will see huge improvement, I know how much it hurts you brother like I know you are going lot through like million times more than me but don't give up the willpower it gave me the courage it gave me like everything happens for a reason don't give me up mate god bless you I hope I could help you little bit at the end of the day what I can say is it's curable you don't need therapy you need practise not even practise slow down speak words slowly and speak and speak and speak speak even if you stutter speak this is how you improve sorry for my bad English
