Hey fellow blocker! I know exactly what you mean as for the other people commenting in this thread. You're not alone. It really is about self confidence. I've found that reallllly focusing on the times you spoke fluently helps me so much. Literally visualizing how it felt when I gave a good speech to the class, nailed a job interview, or just had a meaningful fluent conversation with someone. Don't focus on the times you got blocked. It only makes things 1000x worse. Focus on the good and keep working on your self confidence! You've got support here.
