I don’t let my friends make fun of me at all and they never have. Anytime I talk to my friends about stuttering their usual response is “we didn’t notice until you told us” (thanks to Avoidance Reduction Therapy). I’m in my mid-20s now but this was true even in high school and college. All I’ll say is - the block button exists for a reason. Don’t let shitty people into your life.
