Your process for speaking is a fluency nightmare. First don't think too much what you are gonna say. I've found talking "off the cuff" i am way more fluent. If I try and tell a joke or something that requires me to think exactly what to say it never goes well. Instead of trying not to stutter. Try to relax, even if you begin to stutter just stay calm and relaxed you will get through it. Just assume most people think you are an idiot, but most people are idiots, really don't be concerned what human beings think of you. Most people are self absorbed, materialistic, morons(at least where I live it seems). Don't let people bother you. Yes you have a disability, most people have something to overcome and it will only make you stronger. Things could be worse I just met an 11 year old girl with a very bad type of brain cancer, and she was laughing and living life. Hang in there we've all had those moments of frustration.
