"the problem with traditional therapy is they treat everyone the same when stuttering is super individual. if breathing exercises and reading aloud felt unnatural then yeah that wasnt the right approach for you. hereditary doesnt mean unmanageable though, just means you need someone who gets that your blocks need a different strategy.
