Thanks for the answers. I'm inspired and will also work on my speech using the methods you described in your other comments. Right now, I can't afford a speech therapist, and my full-time job prevents me from attending sessions. I'll gradually learn and practice from scratch, just as you described. Now I am more aware and ready for speech therapy sessions, because in childhood we do not perceive the scale of stuttering and, accordingly, do not devote the necessary effort. As a child, you want to play outside or play video games rather than read aloud and practice speaking.
