Any supplements for Blocks/hesitant to speak?

Any supplements for Blocks/hesitant to speak? I had stutter my whole life. But I think life circumstances had made it worst. I’m unemployed, idk what particularly what to do in life, and my mom mentally Ill. My stutter is form of blocks, hesitant to get my words out, or avoid certain words because I feel I’m not gonna be able to say it, I’m just tired of this. Does anyone take any supplements/vitamins that help with tension or ease blocks for better fluency ?
