I have a moderate/severe stutter. My brother and uncle stutter too. I have 3 adult sons and none of them stutter and either does my grandson. My brother's son and daughter don't stutter and neither do their kids. None of my 3 sisters stutter and their adult children or grandchildren don't either. Maybe it has ended with our generation or is one of those random traits that may pop up somewhere down the line! Anyway, in our family it hasn't affected the next 2 generations!
