SLP here. I would encourage you to see a doctor (neurologist specifically, if possible), since what you are describing is a little unusual, given the pairing with the language processing difficulties. Or, you could see a speech pathologist and ask for a stuttering + language evaluation. Depending on the results they could make a more informed referral. It's possible you had a stutter as a young child that went away on its own (very common), but due to newer stresses in your life has suddenly resurfaced. I know a few people who suddenly "developed" a stutter in this manner, although it might be more accurate to say the stutter was simply dormant for several years.
