Breathe. Mentally tell yourself when a block forms to back up... even take a step back. Inhale through the nose and exhale, possibly try saying the word on the exhale. Or try saying the sentence again. Getting a musical Rhythm can help as well as that uses another part of the brain. However stress, anxiety and then the added stress of the fast will all affect your stutter as you’ve seen. Good luck with that and a blessed Ramadan. Edit: also congratulations on your wedding!
