Is stuttering related to ADHD?

Is stuttering related to ADHD? From what I read, there's some correlation between stuttering and ADHD. Does anyone know whether this is true. e.g. Is stuttering is more common in children who have ADHD than children who don't? what about vice versa? For example, http://www.stutteringhelp.org/adhd-and-stuttering > It has been estimated that as many as 45% of children with ADHD have some form of speech and language impairment (Tirosh & Cohen, 1998). It also says, > If the prevalence of ADHD in school-age children is 3-6%, what is the prevalence of ADHD in children who stutter? The literature suggests that the prevalence of ADHD in school-aged children who stutter is between 4-26% (Ardnt & Healey, 2001; Conture, 2001, Riley & Riley, 2000). Is stuttering considered "some form of speech and language impairment"? I have a stutter and was also diagnosed with ADHD. So I'm wondering if those two things can be related at all or are completely separate things. My stutter started when I was around 3rd grade, and I'm currently an adult in 20s.
