To not care about fluency. Easier said that done but IMO that should be the goal. Breath work, meditation, and talking to a therapist or non judgmental person about the pain of stuttering helps me get there. But it’s not a light switch and there’s a chance it will require patience and humility for the rest of your life. I see all of this as a blessing now because of how it has shaped me into a better person with much more empathy toward others. Stay strong, stuttering does not define you even if it feels like it does today.
