Oh boy, umm bro I'm from India so whatever the cost is, I bear it by my own pocket. So don't know about what the expenses are actually in ur country but it is working for me till now. My therapist also stated that it will take 3 years for the therapy to transform me so that will be there. But that's the only way I guess.
