Do you discuss your stutter with Friends or family?

Do you discuss your stutter with Friends or family? Hello. I’m curious if it’s more common that people discuss the stutter with others or is it usually the awkward thing that is never discussed ? Personally I’ve never discussed it or talked about it other than parents, but never with friends.
