I’m happy for you and understand your sentiment completely. I would just ask you to reconsider how you worded it. You don’t need your boss to *let you* stutter freely. You should feel free to stutter even if tomorrow you don’t have such a supportive boss. The more free you feel the better you will be at your job and maybe think less about the stutter itself. I hope you don’t take this in a wrong way. Nice and supportive people are crucial in life and I’m grateful for that. But we should try and decouple self esteem from them.
