Stutter and audience? Does anyone notice their stutter change depending on the audience? My daughter has a stutter and I notice she stutters more when she talks to us (her parents) than when she talks to her grandparents or siblings. Her stutter doesn’t go away by any means but I can tell there is a difference. Starting to wonder if there’s anything going on with the way we interact with her that might induce more stuttering? Are there things we might be doing unconsciously while we interact with her that might contribute to this? Asking with an open mind, I am open to all feedback based on your experiences.
