Very late to this thread but just curious, is there stuttering in the family? That’s a huge risk factor and I’m also in the boat of having my young toddler just recently start stuttering, quite quickly and out of nowhere, after a year of fluency. I (his mother) am a lifelong stutterer so the genetic component terrifies me. I don’t want him to face the same struggles I did..
