Can you feel the stutter coming?

Can you feel the stutter coming? Hello new to the thread. Read allot of your stories and so glad i found a place where other people can relate to the same things i do. I was wondering if anyone else is this issue where as you are about to talk or stutter you chest and throat close up. Like a kink in a hose kind of. I have ADD and take concerta for it. It is an amphetamine and helps me focus. But also makes my stutter worse. When i don't take it i stutter much less but I'm much more reckless with what i say to people. Like i have no filter from my brain to mouth (especially at work) so i make sure i still take it even though it makes it a little worse. Dose anyone else experience this?
