That is the way my stutter was, too. James Earl Jones stuttered and I saw him do it in a Charlie Rose interview. I imagine you've seen Biden stutter (and the tactics he uses to hide / deal with it). I am sure you have radar for who is a stutterer and who isn't and how the stutterer is hiding, so you know others do, too. I suppose it would be nice for a celebrity to stutter "on purpose" so show solidarity with us, but that goes against the grain of all stutterers I know (always trying to hide it) as well as damaging to their public persona. Simply acknowledging it has to be considered good enough. I also think that the increased self esteem they get from their position lowers the psychological burden and therefore helps them stutter less. In that vein, get the Psycho-Cybernetics book. Its $16 on Amazon (or $4.60 on Kindle). Absolutely essential.
