Whenever my stutter gets worse then usual I start focusing on anxiety reduction. Even if I don't consciously feel anxious. I take ten minutes a day to sit somewhere quiet, close my eyes, breath slowly and relax. I guess it's meditating. It doesn't fix it over night but it always works for me for me.
